I also have a long narrow driveway(100fter). Even with backups it can be tough. Relectors on the drivers side of the drive greatly enhance the passage and I use the door mirror only. I have 3 round 5" reflectors about 30ft apart and aim for them like a gunsight.On the other side is a stone wall that eats tires and rocker panels so getting it right is paramount. My son is just starting to drive and reverse is Driving 101. P.S.
