Sorry,
According to reliable sources the wire is for the horn, the relay was the
horn relay. Seems the horn wire runs the length of the steering column and
exits through the steering box. Also it looked like the wire was crimped to
the relay but it is a bullet connector that fits into a female conector on
the relay.
