[FWDLK] 58 Belvedere

Hi Everyone,
    While washing my 58 Belvedere 2 door Sedan this afternoon I noticed that
the metal insert above the drivers side taillight (inside the fin) is in 3
pieces. Is this how they are or is mine "custom"? Any info will be greatly
appreciated!
