In the limited-slip rear ends, aren't there a couple of "spacers" that will fall down in the differential housing if one were to pull the axle in order to change a leaking outer seal? If this is true, how does one prevent this from happening? And if it cannot be prevented, how is the axle and the spacers re-installed? Seems like you'd have to be a 3 armed chimpanzee to hold those shims in place while replacing the axle. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
