Bob, I'd guess this car has a '57-'58 trunk lid & bumper. I hadn't thought of it until you mentioned it, but it sounds like these would physically fit. The '57 lid has short wide "D O D G E" block letters above the license plate (unlike the tall slim letters used in '59) while the '58 has "Dodge" script on the right side of the trunk lid.
