My '61 DeSoto has an occasional starting problem. Power comes on, but nothing will happen, when I turn the key. Battery is OK. Just like as neutral safety switch works, although the tranny is in Neutral. Starter relay doesn't close, so I have to start the engine from the engine compartment using separate jumper wire passing the relay. The starter works normally after that, until this problem will appear next time either tomorrow or two weeks later. What I have to check?
