If anyone is ever travelling in the area of Bennington, VT. Hemmings has their own gas station. They even pump your gas and clean you windshield. Inside the buiding, the have an automoblia store, along with hemmings clothes, etc. It's an easy place to have your route go past since there are so few major highways to Vermont skiing, you have to take a back road to get to them. I usually stop in once a year on the way home from my annual ski trip. I get the usual new shirt, copy of the book for the ride home and an asthetically abandoned automobile calendar (on sale cause were into the new year). They also have a few cars on the lot on display and the rotate the display. Now, if you go during the week and make and apointment, they'll give you a free guided tour of the 30 or so cars in their warehouse. I think the tour is 45 minutes and they offer it at 11am and 2pm. I bought a new tshirt from them this year. IT looks like four car picture postage stamps and the price on the stamp is what year the car is. the stamps are 53 f-100, 67 vette, 33 packard and 58 Fury.
