[FWDLK] Non Forward Look Question

To all,
   Not only is this a Non Forward Look Question, it is a Buick question.
Would any one have the Standard Catalog of American Trucks?  If so would
there be a Buick truck in there with a Model of 23-4SD and serial Number
of 936673 found on the left side frame on an oval tag. This would go
back to around 1919 or so I think.   If any one has information on this
as to year and type of truck, please contact me personally.
