I went thru the same procedure last year with my 60 fury radiator until I finally took it to the local rad shop who does a lot of old stuff and he recored it, bead blasted the tanks and frame and repainted it for $120.00. Looks new and sure beats leaving a trail of anti freeze everywhere you go.
