Jim, Sounds like a challenging venture, but first a question - What 57 "spears" are you referring to? There are several 57 Forward Look cars and most have some kind of stainless stamped molding on the fenders and doors as well as various anodized aluminum appliques and medallians. Hood ornaments and mirror bases and other hardware parts are die cast chrome plated along with many grille components etc. What specifically are you thinking about making? I have four 57 Dodges and can't find a cast "spear" on any of them! There are gold anodized "Lancers" on the fins though!
