I bought this car back in 1986 with plans to restore it. I have been collecting many of the items she needs for restoration but now I have no time. This car is a traditional midwestern car with rust above and below the head lights but included is NOS headlight caps and below headlight pieces both sides. Also included is aftermarket rocker panels for both sides. This car will need the rear quarter panels repaired or replaced. There is also some floor board replacement needed in trunk and by drivers side seat. I rebuilt the master cylinder and all wheel cylinders but does need some new brake lines. The interior is black carpet and dash pad, pink dash (steel Part), seat is off white vinyl and cloth inserts that was a salmon color. Vinyl still intact cloth not. Needs a seal in the power steering, and exhaust. This car has what I believe to be a factory mounted spot light, mirror combination on drivers side. Push button Automatic transmission. The drivers door is dented as pictures show, there are a few other very small dents on car. The original 14 inch wheels and hup caps are missing, the car has 15 inch on it with 69 chrysler hup caps. Included with the car is 4 wide whitewall NOS tires 14 inch correct size. Am Radio works well, no air conditioning. I replaced the fuel pump with a NOS fuel pump last year and have a second one that goes with the car, along with a 1957 Chrysler repair manual and Parts Number book Parts book is a photo copy. This car is very rare with some only 10,000 being made, fewer still around. This is a solid project car that runs good but needs to go to a home that has the time to complete the restoration. I accept money orders and will make the care available immediately, checks will take at least ten days to clear. Buyer will be responsible for picking up car from my home in southern Wisconsin. This car will need to be trailered, I will also accept cash when buyer picks up the car. Buyer to pay shipping/handling and insurance if desired. Please allow time for personal check to clear or send m.o. for quick shipping. Please check out the other auctions we currently have running on eBay.
