Well, took the puppy off the car yesterday...
...and it looks as though King Kong had his way with it. The rubber parts are
good, but the operating rod is broken off where it necks down, and the guide is
snapped off where the machined tube attaches to the cast flange. So much for
the quick repair. Lunchtime will be spent surfing Hemmings to get quotes for
those parts. The only good thing was it came off the car easy, in fact, the
brake master cylinder only had two of four nuts on it's attachment studs!
