Thanks for the info. I put front discs on my 48 Dodge and will never drive a 4 drum car again! I am running 15" wheels. BAre there Cordobas with different size ball joints that I should be aware of? Do the tie rods have to be shortened by adjusting them normally or altering them? Thanks. It nice to find out others have interest in these type of cars! ---------- From: Gerry Steinberg Sent: Friday, May 01, 1998 10:21 PM To: L-FORWARDLOOK@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [FWDLK] 60 Windsor Hi Brendan; I'm doing a 61 Windsor wagon with front disc brakes from a 76-78 Cordoba that uses the same size ball joints. I'm using 15 inch wheels. If you are using 14 inch wheels look for Aspen or Volares with discs. You will need the master cylinder and porportioning valve from the donor car. Tie rod ends will have to be shortened 1/4 to 1/2 inch(??) to get good alignment. Did it to my 60 300F about 2 years ago. Should have done it 10 years ago. The only way to go.
