55 V8 valve height

Hi everyone, it seems I've run up against a wall with my engine rebuild...

I need to know the installed height for valves in the 1955 Plymouth 260 V8
(single rocker shaft engine with hydraulic tappets).  The shop manual shows a
tool C-3436 that was used to check valve stem height but does not give the
actual measurement from the valve spring seat to the valve tip.

Does anyone know what the measurement is or have a source for tool C-3436?

Does anyone know of any old machine shops that might have this information?
