Phil,
Yes, I personally used the '65 tailshaft and tailshaft housing in my '63
bracket car for a number of years. I went through a couple, after a rash of
driveshaft problems cracked one. It was never the same after I welded it up.
It works nicely, though, making the '65 transmissions very desireable!
