[FWDLK] Power lock and window kits

Do know that there are power window and power lock kits out there. (Actually
there seem to be kits out there for most everything.... I even saw one out
there for rack and pinion/power stearing- like the new mustangs- need I say Im
considering it?!?.) I've seen them advertised in "Lowrider Magazine" (No Im
not building a lowrider........yet) for instance at very reasonable prices. Of
course they arn't stock. But for a "non purist" like me that is no problem. I
agree with the attitude that we're talking "transportation" driveable art
here. When it comes to safety or even convienience and it doesnt create too
much astetic change to the vehicles appearance..................... I say "go
for it". Just like the undercoating idea that was recently mentioned that
would alow the car to last much longer under road use. Also check out
"Lowrider" magazine for great articles on restoration. For instance this month
in their "Clasics" version of the mag there was a great article on "Lead
bodywork", the old way of doing things for you "purists". Really it was quite
informative. And also, I am purchasing a '59 Bellevedere so if theres anyone
out there with relevent parts (especially a good "banjo style" clear steering
wheel please inform me. I also need information on proper location of instaled
seat belts and maybe even a good place to get some that will look as if they
were stock.(that wasnt an option on the fury was it?). Hapy motoring.
