[FWDLK] Looking toi buy an Imperial

I am thinking of buying this 63 Imperial, the last of Virgil Exner?styled Imperials.

Anyone know this car?

What do you guys see in the listing that looks bad or good......

The AC blows almost cool, so maybe just a recharge? 

I asked about rust because it did come from Wisconsin....If I get close with the guy there.

I will send an inspector as I can not make it myself. I do trust this dealer as I have bought from him before.
