Hello All I've had several '55/'56 Chrysler & Imperial cars over the years and still have seven. That said I have found that all '55's had chrome headlight rims and '56's had painted headlight rims. The painted rim is not a chrome one just painted , it is made differently. This is just FYI for what it's worth. George (with '55/'56 Crown Imperial limo's).

I've always loved '56 Windsors since my old man bought one in '61. I'm a little suspicious of this one though, there are signs that it has had a quickie used-car-lot style paint job thrown on, as several other aspects of the car show wear around the edges that wasn't corrected.
