Thanx to all who contributed advice about my dilemma with my NSS. Many of you were dead on. Yes it was my relay/solenoid switch. The reason I did not consider this was that I had it replaced in Aug of last year when we were on Coast to Coast trip across Canada. I discovered that it was not the proper switch for the '59 Plymouth. With my parts book the supplier was able to cross-match the #'s. Everything works fine. Thanks a million to all.
