[FWDLK] Mysterious Radio

I found a weird radio I found in my parts bin yesterday.  On the front above the number dial it says CHRYSLER SOLID STATE.  There are 2 tags with numbers is: No. 320932 the 2nd number is on a tag and reads: UNION MADE F38372948. Any help identifying this radio is greatly appreciated.
