[FWDLK] 59 vs 60 Power Brake Setup

I'm helping a friend with a 60 Dodge Dart.

The car had a 59-style Kelsey-Hayes power brake setup installed. I'm trying 
to get this set up correctly for the Dart.

1. For this car, where is the vacuum canister supposed to reside ? And does 
anyone have a pic of this installed correctly ?

2. On other 1960 cars, there is a T-connector at the bellows on the hose 
that draws vacuum from the intake. Why was this used starting in '60, but 
not in 56-9 ? How does it function ?
