Actually now that I look at some
pictures I'm not even sure it's necessary to go that far - just swap the front
bumper/grille and change the trim - the fenders, hood, and even the chrome cap
over the headlights looks like it's all the same on all three cars for
'58.
DeSoto FireWood, that's a good
one. I have a set of quarters for a '57 DeSoto 2dr hardtop, plus the
bumper - guy wants the Dodge quarters for a pickup I guess - will have to scare
up a picture of those quarters off the bed to see how much I can retain.
Of course I don't have the grille, but I know a guy, I can probably scare one
up.

While
I have never done it myself, it is supposed to be a straight bolt-up if you
have the entire clip.

[FWDLK] '57 Dodge
Just a thought, but a 58 DeSoto or
Chrysler short wheelbase car front clip should be a bolt on to a '57 Dodge,
right?
I had enough of an offer for some
parts off a car I'm thinking I should round up an old sedan and combine it
with my wagon and have a phantom.
