[FWDLK] Shipping Car to Switzerland

Any recommendations on how or who to use to ship a car to Switzerland?

The car is in Sacramento now.

 

Is it best to truck to NYC or NJ, then load into container to Europe? (meaning use two entities, first the trucker, then the ocean freight line?)

 

Or can someone turnkey the whole thing, handling importation paperwork, duty, and the like?
