What Brent said, but, the clips on the mirror will take a set into the
foam-filled sun visors.
If you expect the car, and/or the visor, to out-live you, and the
vanity mirror (never having to remove
it, permanently from the visor) : Press onward!
Those vanity-guys will leave a 'mark' on the cardboard type visors, too.

Subject: [FWDLK] Visor Vanity Mirror
Hey Everyone -
I have a 57-9 visor vanity mirror (1830220) that I want to install in
my 58
Plymouth. This is the one with the Forward Look emblem at the bottom. The
only thing is, I have original padded sunvisors in the car and the
brackets
in the back of the mirror are too 'stubby' to wrap around the
padding. Has
anyone come up with a solution for this ?
Ron

Too stubby ? What does that mean ? Never had a problem with these,
just flex the arms farther to get around the fat spot and slide it on.
