[FWDLK] Need 57-8 Plymouth Cardboard Trunk Panel Instructions

Hey Everyone -

Does anyone have the instruction sheet for installing the Gary Goers 
cardboard trunk panel inserts ? I bought the panels a number of years ago 
and the instructions have gone missing.
