I've check just about everywhere (including AutoZone, Advance, NAPA and
on-line) to try to find two rear Shock Studs for a 60 Chrysler Saratoga.
No one
can help, and most do not even have an idea what I'm talking about. After
almost 50 years in the Rustbelt, it was time to change the shocks and the
stud
bolts were rusted solid, and broke right off. Since these go through an
opening
in the trunk (where the floor goes up over the axle) and provide the top
bolt
for shocks, I thought somewhere would have them, but the closest I can
find are
for Corvettes or Mustangs. Do other Chryslers have these? Any ideas?
Anyone?
Thanks,
Larry (Akron 55 degrees today, with snow showers tomorrow)
