When I need bolts like that I just go to the fastener specialty place that 
stocks pretty much nothing but bolts and nuts, and take as much of the old 
one as I have left to compare to.  No one except maybe the dealer stocks 
front brake hose retainers for my O/T Chevy Suburban - a couple of big bolts 
have worked just fine the last three years, with the added benefit you might 
actually be able to get them off without destroying them if you ever have 
to.
