I think Gary is trying to catch up.
I had ordered a new #9 catalog 5 or so weeks ago from him - I sent a fax on his order form and paid by Paypal.
After the 4th week, I sent a fax, asking where it was.
Gary telephoned me a few days later. He apologized in his message for the delay, and stated that an assistant he had working for him recently left with little notice. He was getting back on track and would send out the catalog ASAP.
I received the catalog a few days ago.
