When I was an Acura (and earlier, a Honda) Tech, we had some minor
shifting problems with some of the cars. The fix was to send down to
the Mopar dealer and get some Mopar ATF. Seems like it has an additive
in it which made things much better. A years or so later, Honda came
out with a new ATF which was the same as Mopar's, and it fixed any
shifting problems..
So, I still have lots of Honda ATF to use, but would use Mopar's if I
didn't. There are other additives available, check for ones made for
Mopar cars.

Kinda hate to rely on just new fluid to fix any gummy-bears inside the valve body, or elsewhere. Something to chew on, here.....
