Is that a sig-seeker, Bill? They were rather more common on an IMP than on a Dodge. Is there a separate power amplifier with an IMP unit? If so, there should have to be a separate mounting bracket, to attach the amp to the firewall. The radio won't work without that separate amp, if it requires one. The radio should be professionally cleaned and adjusted, which might cost around $100.00. So, for a 1-unit/piece signal seeking radio in decent condition, I'd pay about $100.00 for it, knowing that I'd need to drop some more money, to dial it in, after I got it.
