I think the ones on my '27 Model T are cooler, read closely. And yes they were made that way, I bought them at Carlisle NOS in the boxes a few years back, they were aftermarket replacements which after a few NY winters outside look more fitting on the car. (and yes, that is a Fury V800 318 in the car so this is FL related)
