I checked through my pictures and the convert serial was 330118xxxx.  This 
tag is definately 38018125 - did the sequential numbers begin at 1001?

The Krause book has lots of errors and omissions, one being the #1 plant 
code; the 1960 Plymouth section has nothing for a 2nd digit 8 although 1961 
does note #8 for Taxicab, 9 for Police, and 0 for fleet cars.

I need to clean off the dash of my truck more often, is all.  I probably 
picked this up in one yard or another, and have forgotten where.  Like 95% 
of these Mopars that have sat around, or saw salt, the tag falls off the 
hinge post anyways.  But I don't remember ever seeing a car that showed 
obvious signs of having been a taxi.

I did find the '58 Dodge tag I put there for safekeeping like 18 months 
ago - keys for that car too - so I can send that onto where it belongs.
