I have a '56 Ply generator bracket adapter that allows you to run a aftermarket header and still use your OEM generator if anyone is interested.

I will not be using it anymore.

It has part no. 1731698 and the parts manual says it?s for 1957 DeSoto S25 (Firedome) & S26 (Fireflite & Adventurer).

I understand it?s supposed to go under the Generator Bracket.

Does anybody know where/how it should be mounted to?
