Ed, Jim & Terry/Andree,
Right!
I applied some WD40,
wiggled, applied some more WD40, wiggled some more…, and it finally came
of.
Just a very tight fit! Leaves
me with an acing back…
Thanx!

Onderwerp: [FWDLK] Oil Filler Tube
/ Crankcase Breather Pipe - '56 - '57 Dodge D500 Hemi
Anyone know how to remove the Oil Filler Tube (or Crankcase Breather
Pipe) from the engine block of
a ’56 – ’57
Dodge D500?
The shop manual doesn’t say anything. The parts manual doesn’t show whether
there’s a threaded connection.
Seems like it’s just a tight fit, and it should be loosened by blunt force,
using something like an oil filter gripper.
But before I ruin anything…
