Years ago a friend had an ex-Winnipeg police car - a 1962 Dart V8 2-door sedan. It had been repainted red with a white roof, but there was black all over the car under that red - except the doors which were white. When my friend redid the headliner, he found holes in the roof that had been filled in. The car had a 313 poly. Winnipeg last purchased 2-door police cars in 1969 - Fury I 2-door sedans - and were used an umarked cruisers and detective cars. About the 2 door copcars, I sent Neil V. a link to a video clip of a 58 Dodge copcar segment. And I recall, as Brent, 2 doors being used into the 60's. I have several 1956 Dodge police car ads shown as 2 doors, and one photo of a California HP 1956 Dodge D500 2 door. I know here in Minnesota that the HP used 2 door Plymouths at least until 1965.
