[FWDLK] Tulsa video

Ok, I just watched the news video of the uncapping of the vault,
DOES not look like 1800 gallons, so it might not be as bad as originally 
projected.

1800 gallons + car in that vault would have been at least 6-8 feet of 
water I believe, close observation of the video plus a little info about 
how they prepared the car for storage seems to point to water only up to 
maybe the rocker panels
