LOL, Mark, but, the route I took, from Bishop, To Colorado Springs 1986
WPC National Meet involved a LOT more-tougher mountain passes, than
anything between Oregon, and Victorville, CA, where my little group will
pick up Route 40, to drive 'straight' to Tulsa!

US # 395 is an easy, scenic, rural  drive--nothing like you might be
imagining, about "Freeway" gridlock/bumper-cars!

Check it out on Google Earth, but, regardless, look Forward to cruising
around T-Town , with you.

"Tulsa"
threads, too.
