I have had good luck on my 2000 Intrepid using "ceramic" brake pads. My wheels stay much cleaner and I like the feel of these pads. I use them on non-forward look vehicles with the same results.

If you are referring to the factory option (1953 - 1956) wire wheels they were made by Motor Wheel and not Kelsey. I have our 1957 300C with such a set up using the 15" Motor Wheel wires with the AAJ brake set up. It is a direct bolt on affair. They work great except for some extra brake dust on the wheels. Also I'd recommend using braded lines over the stock type rubber hoses.
