If I turn off the lights and any fan motors running on my 55
Dodge before turning off the ignition, everything is fine.
If I turn off the ignition with the lights on or fan motors,
you get the normal negative or discharge move of the ampmeter. But, if you
turn those things off, the discharge continues. If I try to crank the car
during this condition, it barely turns over.
I have a quick disconnect on the neg side of the battery so
I get out and disconnect the cable. If I go back the next day, everything is
just fine. Battery shows a full charge as per
my charger.
I am clueless. Can some one help me?
