Oh boy, thinks I, a chance to be helpful with my new old parts book.  Well nuts, it skips from 1672136 to 1672138.  What's up with that?

Could someone please ID this NOS part for me. Part # 1672137. There is also 2  large metal rings in the box but they dont have a part number stamped on them. Many thanks for any help.
