[FWDLK] Not Forwardlook, but Mopar

   I found this Miller Special Tools machine in my building.  It is an ECI and FBC Checker.  It is brand new in the box with the machine in plastic covering along with the silica in the bags.  It has the wiring plugs and instructions.    It is for 1984-1986 Mopars like the Colt, Conquest, Chrysler, Ram.  It is Mod MD998451.  

    What does ECI or FBC mean?   Would this unused tool have any value?
