[FWDLK] 1961 New Yorker subframe question

I have a question I hope someone can help me with. 

I need a subframe for my 61 4 door New Yorker. I have located one. The 
individual that has it cannot remember if it came off of a 61 or 62 New 
Yorker. He remembers that it came off of a slanted headlight New Yorker. It 
is a 126" wheelbase New Yorker subframe  My question will a subframe from a 
62 work?
