[FWDLK] Torqueflite speedo pinion

Hi,
A problem with a friend who ordered a pinion (19 teeth) for his '57 Torqueflite. He received the pinion only (plastic part). But he told me that the old pinion is crimped on the pinion axle . On the manual i find a reference for the pinion but no reference for the pinion assy. !
Does someone know how to do ? The pinion reference is 1636408
