I hate to bust your bubble but dodge custom royal cars were also
built in Canada and yes they did have a different engine choice in them
compared to the US built cars. The paint codes were also done
differently as the canadian built cars used numbers to identify the
paint choices while the US built cars used letters to identify same. I
own a 1957 dodge custom royal lancer 2 dr ht which sports the rare
tri-color paint combination. The US built cars of that year, did NOT
offer the tri-color paint combination.
