You are right, it is an A block poly (277, 301, 303, 313, 318, 326). The car's serial number is 99 021 976, which makes it a Canadian-built 1956 Dodge Custom Royal. (Very early production - 476th Custom Royal built.) Which means the engine is a "Super Red Ram", A block poly, 303-cid V-8 (3.81" bore, 3.31" stroke). If anyone contacts him, ask him to check the body tag under the hood. It should be the Canadian version with - MODEL NUMBER BODY NUMBER PAINT CODE TRIM CODE There will be no options listed, no shipping order number nor a build date.
