[FWDLK] Brake Fluid & Power Steering Fluids

A couple weeks ago I went to take my 1957 Belvedere out of winter
storage in my garage.  I pulled it out, and had no brakes.  Good thing I
grabbed that emergency brake!

I found all my brake fluid and PS fluids had leaked out over the winter.
I can find the PS fluid reservoir, but how do I add brake fluid?  Do I
have to take off the accordian on top of the brake reservoir?  Here are
photos of my engine.
