Wasn't there a discussion here some time ago which indicated that the color changed day by day depending on what paint was left over to mix together to make the universal gray paint. Someone even had a neat name for the stuff I believe. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Adam Lindenbaum" <AdamL57@xxxxxxx> To: <L-FORWARDLOOK@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, March 05, 2005 2:46 PM Subject: Re: [FWDLK] Paint it Black/Love is Gray After owning at least a dozen FL cars and seeing most of Jimmy Rawa's 40 or so that he's owned,I can honestly say that there is no "standard" for the gray inside of our trunk lids.I have yet to see 2 that are the same. Some are very blue in color where others are very gray, some are lighter, some are darker, some are metallic looking, some aren't.I'd say any charcoal gray type color could be correct(personally I prefer painting it the body color of the car,it looks more finished that way).
