That's true,but 1/4" per side will really make no difference,I've driven
over 40,000 with that set up(actually I have a B-body rear in my 57 which is
even narrower,about 1/2" per side),Jimmy Rawa's daily driver 59 Fury has a
C-body rear,and I've known other people who have done this swap and never have I
heard of this causing a problem.If it is a concern,cutting and moving the
perches is still easier to do once than fighting with tapered drums over and
over again.I bet Chrysler wasn't that exact building these cars and if you
checked a large number of them some will be a 1/4" off of others.
