One other point,my buddy Marco had a 57 D-501 police car,392 powered,stock other than an electronic distributor ran high 14's on a good day,my friend Charlie( who built my Fury) ran a 58 Golden Commando 350 Fury in the 60's,"Charlie tuned" with 4:?? gears ran a 14.7 ,it held a national record in it's class for years.I feel both of these cars represent more realistic times for larger cube forward look cars,I agree with Ron,I don't think a 315 running a 14.0 is realistic.
