[FWDLK] Restoring Plymouth Lights!

Hi!

I'm trying to restore rear lights on my 1957 Plymouth Savoy. How you go about painting them? Is there a way to remove the lens? And how do you change the light bulbs? If anyone can help I will be thankful. Anyone have any links that have a restoration like this?
