[FWDLK] Charging Problem

All,

Need some help. My 55 Savoy, 6 Volt Positive ground
shows discharge on the ammeter when it is running. I
followed the test guide in the manual and the initial
troubleshooting showed the regulator to be bad. I
replaced the voltage regulator, ran new wires from the
generator and it still fails to show a charge. I
tested the ammeter according to the book and it
discharges by turning on the lights etc..

When I hit the horn and leave it pushed, the quits. It
does restart. Is the horn relay bad? Could it be
something else?
